Shit shit shit. I really really love this song. I have known this song for a long time now but I don't really know why I suddenly got addicted to it. I was on my way to school and I remembered this part of the song..and I jus felt like listening to the song on my i-pod and since then, I have been addicted to this song..sounds kinda stupid but thats the fact.
So school today was pretty monotonous. May didn't come to school. Had Physics and Chem practicals..and SPA is coming up soon ): Talked to Sarah a lot while we waited for her Mum to come and pick her up. It was great. Love you slxl (: And anyway, rushed through GP paper during my break before Math lecture then went for GP after Math. I think I learnt quite a lot..for GP. Hmm. Alevels is making me really scared. I really want and need to do well. My life would be pretty screwed if I don't. Bleh. Please me nice to me, Cambridge.
And anyway..3 day holiday now. Time to mug Chem before Chem test next Wednesday. And time to catch up with Complex numbers and Math tutorials..and Econs PBL. ): I don't ever remmeber having to do so much of homework in secondary school. Sigh. Things are different now I guess.

FML. Match jus ended. And I only had one question in my mind for the best part of the 90mintes: MESSI, WHY MUST YOU BE SO EFFIN' GOOD? Okay fine, Arsenal was beaten..well beaten by a side that I finally admit is currently the best in Europe or maybe even in the world. But thats not the kinda feeling you wanna be having..especially when you don't support this team which is perceived to be so much more superior to yours or any other team. No, I am not gonna be a sore loser and say 'Fuck Barcelona' or 'Fuck Messi' or 'I hate Barca' or anything of that sort. Because in actual fact, they were by far the better side. The only thing I was hoping for was for Arsenal to be on par with or better than Barca..and to prove doubters wrong that Arsenal isn't a decimated side as opposed to The Invincibles season when Vieira and Henry were literally the Kings of North London. But..I don't know..I am starting to think that that might be the harsh reality now. I mean..the way Barca played against Arsenal was like the way Arsenal usually plays against any other team while giving them a 'footballing lesson' where they jus show others how the beautiful game is played. However, I guess it is hard..a lot harder when you're at the receiving end of such a 'footballing lesson.'
Why can't Arsenal have players like Messi and beat the shit out opposing teams and be labelled the best side people have ever seen? I mean, isn't that every fan's ideal dream? For their team to be playing great football, providing great entertainment, enjoying remarkable victories and winning trophies? Why is it like..'oh we will do it next season, we will do it next season' for Arsenal's case?
I mean..I guess winning the League is still not impossible for Arsenal..but to see the team you adore win the Champs League is like every fan's dream come true! I mean, Arsenal is a great team..they do have great players with great potential. And I know that they were severely decimated and down to bare bones against Barcelona due to LONGG list of injury. I mean, yea, that is understandable. Barca didn't have so many players out. But..I guess I am jus..I jus wanna see Arsenal lift a trophy! I mean..last time it was like a habit of winnng at least one trophy each season. And I guess the team has sort of evolved since the departures of Vieira, Henry, Bergkamp, Pires and co..and they are playing great. But..wouldn't adding a treble to that greatness make it even greater? Why must Arsenal continue to live in the shadows of other clubs even though they are perceived as one of the best footballing sides in the country/continent/world but yet underestimated due to the lack of consistency? I mean..they do have quality, sure they do..but they have to SHOW it..and do the talking on the pitch. Then people would believe and be convinced the Arsenal of then is back..and Arsenal can trully achieve greatness..and I guess in actual fact when they do display their qualities, they WILL achieve greatness and all this talk of 'we will do it next season' will go away.
When Arsenal took the lead through Bendtner..I was like 'YAY MAN, Now jus maintain the scoreline or add on to it'..but..Messi..he is jus phenomenal talent. Maybe I am jus lamenting cause I am upset..cause Arsenal really could have made it but it didn't. They had everything to loose and it was in their hands..but they blew it. Sigh..come on Arsenal. I love you so please..come on! And get back on gear against Spurs this weekend.

Anyway, Arsenal won Wolves 1-0 last night ;D ;D Was chatting with Shruti while watching the match cause I rushed back home after CCA (: Nicklas Bendtner scored at the 94th minute. I was almost about to try convincing myself that Arsenal title hopes are over unless they win this game, especially given the fact that Chelsea won ManU. But anyway, yay Arsenal still won even though they didn't exactly play well (: And Arsenal drew 2-2 with Barcelona last week. OMG, it was an EPIC match. Puyol got sent off. Fabregas and Pique will miss the second leg cause both were booked. Besides, Fabregas got a hairline fracture as well..so regardless of whether he had been booked, he'd still miss the next game. But the thing is..he is ruled out for the rest of the season ): Cause it will take him at least 6weeks to recover..and by the time he is fit, it will be like preparations for World Cup. Arshavin and Gallas were also substituted due to injuries during the course of the game. The scoreline read 0-0 at half-time even though I agree Barca deserved to be ahead at the break cause they were by far the better side. Actually, Arsenal didn't play well until Zlatan Ibrahimovic put Barca 2-0 up. I was thinking Arsenal would get beaten 4-0 or 5-0..especially looking at the rate it was going. BUT, THANK GOD, IT DIDN'T! Walcott was brought on..and man, he made a whole lot of a difference! Walcott scored..and Puyol fouled Fabregas in the box. And Fabregas scored the penalty very late on in the match. Regardless, the scoreline read 2-2 at the end even though most people would think Barca actually deserved victory for the way they played. But I guess, credits to Arsenal..they didn't give up even though it seemed like all hopes were gone of moving on to semi-finals when they were 2-0 down. And hopefully..they will play well enough at the Nou Camp and BEAT BARCELONA! It is a lot easier said than done, I know. But I believe in Arsenal (: Arsenal will be without Arshavin, Fabregas and Gallas ): But hopefully...they will make it. Come on you Gunnersss!!
