Akshaya is tired ):

Farewell Party was great!
Shabnam is HILARIOUS.
HAHAHA.
The way she says things are hilarious!
After part, while eating, we were chit chatting and we were SERIOUSLY suffering from laughing fits from listening to her speak.
OMG.
HAHA.
It was a good stress relief (:
And thanks everyone for those sweet notes and good lucks for Olevels (:
I will never forget you people who made Dance better (:

Prelims are halfway through.
I AM EXHAUSTED.
I almost fell asleep while doing Chemistry.
YAWN.
Time to start sleeping early ):
Spirit was English compo's topic.
Tell me a good story for a topic like Spirit please..
I hope my essay makes sense and is...good enough.
Fingers crossed.
Anyway, its no use in repenting over what is done.
Let's just worry about it when the results come out.
Its not Olevels anyway...I mean, not that prelims should be taken lightly.
But...its not the worst yet (:

Arsenal 4-0 FC Twente ;D

THE FIRST COINCIDENCE: I was messaging Shalini about Arsenal this morning when I remembered about the match. AND THAT CESC FABREGAS WAS PLAYING IN IT. (: (:
HAHA.
Second COINCIDENCE:
I predicted that Nasri will score. AND HE DID. HAHAHAHAHA.
So all in all, Nasri, Gallas, Bendtner and Walcott scored.
WOAH. I think Nasri will become a hit (:
VAMPIRE ATTACK.
He has scored like 2 goals in 3 games.
WAY TO GO! (:
And since Fabregas is back, I will DEFINITELY be expecting more.
Gunnersssss.
Time to gun others down [:

Alright.
I am starting to feel like prelims are over /:
But its BARELY OVER.
Barelyy...);
Biology and Physics are still there.
MAJOR HEADACHE.
I shall slack for today before I start mugging later (:
Watching football is an ultimate remedy to stress (:
Alright,
Tmr is Teachers' Day.
I'm not sure if I'd be able to get the presents but I owe my teachers for helping me so much with my studies (:
Thanks loadssss ;D

Alright.
I love 'Violet Hill' by Coldplay.

BUH-BYEE!
<333
Today feels like a Friday.
haixx...

I took my love down to violet hill
There we sat in snow
All that time she was silent still
So if you love me
Won't you let me know?

I LOVE LINKIN PARK'S NEW SINGLE.

An Interview by Cesc Fabregas:

“It is surprising,” he says. “I cannot remember any player who has left Arsenal and been a superstar. You know it is difficult. Don't get me wrong, Alex Hleb and Mathieu Flamini are probably two of my best friends in football. I wish them all the best, I speak to them every week.

“Arsenal is Arsenal and this club has something special that no others have. We have to take care of it. That’s why you have to be intelligent in your decisions.

“I know what this clubs has. I have spoken to a lot of players. I have friends in Spain, in Italy and they speak to me about other clubs and I know that I’m privileged to be where I am and I don’t want to lose it.

"I’m still young, I want to win things for the club, I want to get experience and I want to compete. Because when you see football around the world you see very few teams that play the way that we play. And I just enjoy the way we play.”

Adapted from http://www.telegraph.co.uk/

Nice article.
I WISH HLEB AND FLAMINI WOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT.
Anyway, no point talking about them.
What is done, is done.
They're gone, for good.

-

Yesterday was devastating, not scintillating.
Oh no...
WHAT HAPPENED?
It was like...no spark, no nothing.
WHY. WHY. WHY.
This should NOT be the way!
):

Don't let me down, Arsenal.
Its very painful when you do that.

BLEH.
Nothing else.
Gonna study now.
And I've been sleeping a lot recently /:
BLEHHHH.
Alright, not in the mood.
BUH-BYEE!

Alright.
Mugging.
Tired.
Okay, this post is full of words...that don't make much sense when put together.
Pffft.
Friday is the most unproductive day of the week.
Played with Dhanya in school.
Went to Thomson with Tharsh but in the end we didn't buy any books /:
Then came home..SLEPT, SLEPT, SLEPT.
Till Mum woke me up at 9pm.
I thought it was the next day morning please! /;
Then studied ONE CHAPTER of Chemistry before I drifted into a liaison with sleep again.
BLEH.
Can't help it.
So today has been pretty mundane as well.
Tuition was fun.
Hema is FUNNY! haha.
Now, I'm doing Social Studies.
Transnational Terrorism /:

I don't like the Olympics.
IT'S SO BORING.
Okay, maybe I'm quite cynical.
But still..
maybe I haven't been watching the RIGHT sports.
But even football is not as competitive!
EUROS ROCKED!
But Olympics...NO COMMENTS PLEASE.
But I can understand that the teams are pretty depleted due to the fact that their best players have commitments with their respective clubs, where the new season has just started or is starting soon.
But still...the competiton level is BELOW World Cup and Euros.
Definitely, definitely.
But basketball is kind of nice.
Team USA is like SUPER GOOD.
LeBron James and Kobe Bryant..OMG.
But Spain is good as well!
Gasol (:
So the finals for the Basketball is SPAIN vs USA.
Okay, that would be worth watching.
Not Nigeria vs Argentina for football!
WHERE ARE ALL THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES THAT DID SUPER WELL FOR EUROS?
Including Spain!
Thats why its not as competitive as World Cup or Euros.
Even Argentina and Brazil are pretty depleted.
NO KAKA IN BRAZIL'S TEAM PLEASE.
The best players are probably Ronaldinho and Anderson(OH GOSH, ANDERSON SUCKS. MAN UTD PLAYERS SUCK.)
So yea. /:
I wish it could be more interesting..
My parents are like GLUED to the television, watching Olympics..
While I'm like..whats so nice about it/:
Only Athletics is kinda nice..besides Basketball.
Football..is average. Not the quality you see in major competitions. Definitely not.

Hmm.
Enough of lamenting.
I dreamt of FOUR.
HAHA.

Alright.
Time to continue mugging and try and make full use of my time.
Saddam Hussein...BLEH.
I'm pretty cynical now.

Fulham vs Arsenal tonight.
Cesc Fabregas is coming back from injury.
Nasri aka VAMPIRE might play tonight.
And new signing Silvestre is the first player in...A MILLION YEARS(yes, an exaggeration) to join Arsenal from Man Utd.
And there will be another signing.
Alright.
I can't wait for the Arsenal vs BIG FOUR matches.
Actually its Big Three cause Arsenal is part of Big Four and it can't play against itself.
So yea..but before that, its important to get off to a good start.
Only one game played so far so its a long way left.
GO GUNNERS!
I love you (:

Alright.
Enough for today.

Rosicky: We win and lose as a team

Winger Tomas Rosicky has said that there is no blame culture at the club and that whatever happens, the players take the experience on as a team.

There were reports that certain individuals were being singled out for the failures of last season but Rosicky has now denied this.

In a statement on the club's official website, Rosicky said: "I would never blame individuals for the team not lifting a trophy. We are in it together. We win as a team and we lose as a team.

"As individuals, we all make mistakes and the message I was relaying to a Czech newspaper was that we are more experienced now and have learnt from last season.

"We came so close last year to winning something and we will be giving it our all to win a trophy this year."

Adapted from:
http://arsenal-mania.com/articles/3105675/Rosicky-We-win-and-lose-as-a-team.html

Nice article (:
Quite inspirational.
However, it is easier said that done.
So I hope it becomes true (:
I LOVE ARSENAL.

Alright, so I didn't go to school today.
NO, I didn't exactly pon school today like most people thought.
I WAS sick.
I almost fainted..IN THE TOILET YESTERDAY.
Off all places, the toilet. Pfffft.
Well, I think today was QUITE productive.
Contended, but I could have done more revision (:
And I haven't slept since 7am this morning.
And the time is now 9:44pm (:
HAHA.
But I am sort of getting tired now.
So I might go and take a nap after this (:
I'M TIRED.
Okay, so I'm just listening to some random songs now /:
I watched this Rafael Nadal show today.
It was not like HIS SHOW. But he was featured in this programme which gets close up with tennis players.
Nadal is super good mann!
But anyway, its still sad to see Federer lose his number one ranking to Nadal.
But I think Nadal worked like really hard for it-so I give it to him. (:
AND HIS MOTHER TONGUE IS CATALAN.
Yes Yes Yes! (: (: (:
But I don't think its THAT much of a surprise since he's from Mallorca.

Anyway, ORALS ARE OVER.
HAHA!
I'M SO GLAD ITS OVER!
However, doing well for it is another story (;
One exam down, anyway.

I feel hungry.
And so I took a banana to eat.
SHALINI! BANANA! haha!

Anyway, I guess I'll end it here.
Haix..
I kind of miss Hleb.
I saw FCBarcelona's team presentation pictures today.
And I didn't know whether to smile or frown or cry. LOL.
MIXED EMOTIONS.
Thats what happens when you support more than one club (:
But, no regrets over that anyway.
HAHA.
Brazil lost to Argentina 3-0 in Olympics ): ):
SPAIN FOR BASKETBALL! HAHA!

Anyway, I shall end it here.
I FEEL SUPER TIRED.
NO AFTERNOON NAP ):
Now, its time for night nap. Is there such a phrase by the way? HAHA.
BUH-BYEE!

Arsenal won West Brom 1-0 ;D
NASRI AKA VAMPIRE SCORED ON HIS DEBUT!
Vampire Attack!
HAHA.
But overall, it was a pretty good match from Arsenal's point of view (:
Could have scored more goals but the WBA defenders kept blocking /:
But overall a good game, and all the 3 points (: (:

On Wednesday,
Arsenal won Twente 2-0 ;D
Gallas and Adebayor scoredd (:
And it was a good result, regarding the fact that NINE FIRST TEAM PLAYERS were injured for that match.
And Fabregas will be back for next match (:
WOOHOOO!
Cesc&Nasri (:
I just realised that both them do share a number of similarities.
1) Both are 21.
2) Both are left-handers.
3) Both play in midfield.
4) Both can play anywhere in midfield.
5) Both have won the Player of the Year before. Just that for Fabregas was YOUNG Player of the year. HAHA.
6) Both are Arsenal players.
7) Jersey number is of even number.

And several more.

I SLEPT FOR TWELVE HOURS ON FRIDAY.
OH NO!
PRELIMS!

Alright gotta go now.
SHALINI LOVES VAMPIRE ATTACKS!
And Friday was super..TERRIFYING!
MRS LO! GGGRRR!
And Mrs Raj is kinda nice..'Motherly' as Shalini calls it. HAHA.

And Dumb Genius asked me to mention her in my post.
Mr Anthony thinks that both of us cannot be separated for some weird reason/:
HAHA. But it is quite fun cracking all the SUPER RETARDED JOKES.
Especially 'Via By'. HAHA.

Anyway, Off now.
PRELIMS.
And Prelims Orals coming up as well.
OH NO!
DIE!
I wanna watch more football (:
Anyway, off now!
BUH-BYEE!
<333

HELLO VAMPIRE!
SamirNasri8 and CescFabregas4(:

"He has shown he is an intelligent player, he has good technique and can integrate well with the team. He also worked hard for the team. He added something that people wanted from him in France and that was to score goals. He started to score some goals towards the end of last season and had a scoring start here today." -AW.

GO VAMPIRE!

I CAN'T WAIT TO WATCH FABREGAS PLAY.
After like...SUPER LONG. ahhahaha.

Alright, Peace out (:

Wednesday, August 13, 2008 ; 2:39 AM Y

Alright.
So my blog is FINALLY fine ;D

Life is boring.

Went to watch Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor last Friday with Dhanya, Tharsh, Shalini and KIRU BABY. HAHAHA.
OMG.THE MOVIE ROCKED.
The effects were great!
GREAT MOVIE.
National Day celebrations were mundane.
COOKE WON KINSBALL COMPETITON.
It was really crazy okay!
We were cheering our lungs out.
HAHA.
After the celebrations, went to change.
Then..CINELEISURE FOR MUMMY!
haha.

And I made a discovery about myself.
Next time round, when I feel down, I'm just gonna grab my Arsenal Magazine.
ITS THE PERFECT REMEDY, SERIOUSLY.
Quite overwhelming /:

School has been pretty...monotonous.
PRELIMS ARE COMING!
OH NO!
How screwed I am!
I have barely started much.
No time to repent anyway...time to start work as soon as possible!

On a happier note, went to Kinokuniya last Wednesday to buy BREAKING DAWN.
OMG.
THE BOOK IS AWESOME.
Edward Cullen is the ultimate best!
Pity, I am fantasizing over a fictional character.
I LOVE EDWARD CULLEN.
And the book is so touching as well!
Especially the last few chapters.
I LOVE TWILIGHT.

And I just checked out prisonbreakmanhunt.com
I CANT WAIT FOR PRISON BREAK SEASON FOUR!
Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows ;D

And I have gotten hooked up with Prison Break yet again.
Over the National Day holiday, I was watching Prison Break Season 1.
Its the best drama series I have ever seen!

Well, nothing much.
NOW, ARSENAL NEWS.
Hleb left.
YES, ALIAKSANDR HLEB LEFT.
Do I seem livid?
NO, I AM NOT.
Because I sort of expected it after some time.
Though I didn't believe the false quotes about him.
Regardless, it was still saddening to see him go.
He was one of my favourite players! ):
On a good note, he went to BARCELONA.
Luckily, not Inter Milan or Real Madrid.
Oh well, all the best to him at Barca.
And I saw a picture of him kissing the Barca logo...
I wonder..has he ever kissed the Arsenal logo?
I shall drop it anyway.
I read loads of Arsenal fansites..where they criticized Hleb like really badly.
Oh well, I shall respect him for those good things that he had done for Arsenal.
Same for Flamini.

And several days ago, I was watching AC Milan vs Manchester City.
Flamini played.
AC look...depleted.
Hopefully they will work on their renaissance up the Serie A once season begins (:

New season begins on this saturday.
I can't believe it!
At first, when 07/08 had ended, it seemed like it would be an endless wait to this Saturday.
But it didn't seem that long.
Thanks to the entertainment from EUROS!
VIVA ESPANA!

Well, Arsenal won Amsterdam Tournament for PreSeason (:
And that included that match against Ajax which has that TERRIFIC COMEBACK.
From 2-0 down at half-time, they came back to win it 3-2 at full-time.
And they won Real Madrid 1-0 at Emirates Cup ;D

Okay, but they are just PreSeason matches.
I did sort of see some very good players..
JACK WILSHERE ROCKS!
And he's like my age!
Only 10 months elder. HAHA.
And Nasri AKA VAMPIRE looks promising (:
So does Aaron Ramsey.
Oh well, I just hope they don't forget what happened last season.
The scars it left.
And I shall just hope for the best (:
Same for Barcelona&ACMilan.
(:
Arsenal is favourite to win Premier League and Champions League amongst bookies.
Oh well, I am LEAST bothered about who is the favourite.
I believe in Arsenal ;D
Ooh-to-be-a-Gunner

It was one of the MANY pictures I have, from last season.
GET WELL SOON, ROSICKY AND FABREGAS!

NASRI! No, I'm gonna call him Vampire from now onwards (:

VIVA ESPANA!
YES YES! THAT PENALTY! That penalty that Fabregas scored against Italy to send Spain to Semis (: CESCCCCC!

How much I miss football.
Olympics is...not very attractive.
Except for some of the competitions like diving.
I CANT WAIT FOR NEW SEASON TO START!

And Angel and I saw this ROONEY AUTOBIOGRAPHY book on sale today.
How much fun I have making fun of Rooney with Angel!
HAHAHA!
I miss my HTL-ERS.
FRIDAY IS COMING SOON ANYWAY!
Till then,
BUH-BYEE!

Victoria Concordia Crescit,
How proud I am to be supporting the Gunners.
LES GUNNERS!

To the end of time,
