MAROON 5 LIVE IN SINGAPORE WAS AMAZINGGGGGGG.

Seriously. Didn't expect to be so on during their concert. They played all of my favourite songs of theirs including some other amazing songs. I jus wish they would have played 'Goodnight Goodnight' from It wont'e be soon before Long album. But nevertheless, I had the time of my life. The only drawback was the fact that my camera was effed up and refused to take pictures. Hence, all my pictures were like sorta blurred or shaky. So I couldn't use my zoom feature to magnify the gorgeous and oh-so-hot Adam Levine. Nevertheless..it was AMAZING.

Cabbed to the Singapore Indoor Stadium and met Shalini there. Then we walked in. We saw huge crowds streaming in. Some were still queueing to buy tickets. Last minute decisions probably. Anyway..we walked in and we spent a good 10 minutes searching for our seats cause we enterred via the wrong entrance D: Was supposed to enter via East entrance but we enterred via North entrance. We saw the merchandise on display for a while. Then went inside and sat down and were discussing about how they were gonna perform or which songs they were gonna perform. I was sooooo uber excited. I couldn't contain myself. It was like butterflies fluttering round my stomach. I COULD NOT WAIT. WHERE WAS MY ADAM LEVINE? AHAHHA/

It was supposed to start at 8pm but oh wells, as usual it got delayed and only started at about 8:20pm. When they were setting up the stage, we kept looking at the corners of the stage hoping to see one of the band members before they made their actual, eventual appearance. But we couldn't ): And they set up Adam's mike. And were like gushing and getting so enthusiastic saying, 'OMG THAT'S ADAM'S MIKE. OMFG, ADAM LEVINE IS GONNA STAND THERE AND SING.' Sounds stupid, I know. We were like a pair of kids so excited. AHHAHA, we couldn't help it. AND FINALLY. YES. THE STADIUM BLACKED OUT. WE STARTED SCREAMING. Like anything. AT THE TOP OF OUR VOICES. Everyone did. We wanted to run to the front of the stage but oh wells, we had our bags with us and the thought of leaving it unattended to was...erm..not a good idea. The band members started coming on. And the spotlight was on centre stage where ADAM LEVINE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. We started screaming,'ADAM. ADAM. ADAM' and yes he finally came on! OMG ADAM LEVINE IN FRONT OF MY EYES. Can't be happening, but yes it was. I couldn't believe it. The feeling was so overwhelming. So amazing. I can't pick the right words to describe it. I was ecstatic! HAHAHA. Even that wouldn't suffice. And they started playing their opening song, 'Misery', from their latest album, Hands all Over. I won't complain too much about my seat. Well yes, it wasn't in a place where the band was soo close to me. But close enough to see them and see Adam's facial expressions and what not. I was contended. More than jus :D

I have to say all of them performed really well. Inevitably, spotlight was on Adam. But the others had their moments and they played an amazing gig. The guitar solos were amazing and Adam raised his guitar to the top of his head and played. James Valentine's guitar solos were to DIE FOR. EARGASMIC OKAY. It was super loud but super good. And I didn't expect that cause M5 is more of a funky-pop kinda band. Not really rock. But they performed really well with their guitar solos and even extended some of their guitar solos from hits like 'Shiver' and 'Harder to breathe' and made amazing melodies with them. IT WAS SO GOOD. HOW DID HE STRUM THE GUITAR SO WELL AND HIT THOSE NOTES?? How on earth did he do that so quickly?? And Matt Flynn's drumming..OMG...DISGUSTINGLY GOOD. How did the hit the drums so fast? And he seemed to be doing it sooo efforlessly throughout the concert. Even when he had his solo moment where Adam was introducing all the band members and letting them strum or play their instruments to the audience's awe. AMAZING (over-usage of this word in this post sorry)

And I thought Adam was a great performer. He covered all areas of the stage and never at point concentrated his energy and singing towards one portion of the crowd. So in other words, everyone could enjoy every single second of the concert :D My favourite performance was 'She will be loved.' He divided the crowd into two and made us sing some of the verses simultaneously, like how its sung in the actual song in the album version. And I loved the moment where an amber spotlight was on Adam Levine and only him and he sang some of the verses. WOAH MY HEART JUS MELTED.

And 'Makes me Wonder' was one of the most pumped up performances of the evening. Seriously. Everyone was literally SCREAMING the lyics. I could hear the guy behind me screaming the lyrics so loudly that it was apparent that his voice was cracking..or worse. LOL. AND AND..Adam walked over to my side of the stage and pointed in my direction and sang a few lines. I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE HE POINTED AT ME. Pretentious, I know..but anyone in my situation would have done the same. So whatever. And it pretty much made my night. They ended their night with 'This Love' and 'Sunday Morning' being the last song.

It was a fantabulous night. I pretty much jumped up and down before they started singing every song. And I was so glad to have heard them play all of my favourite songs. Cabbed home with Shalini. And we were talking about how tight Adam's skinnies were. ahahahah. Nevertheless, he is freaking hawt okay! And reached home..showed my mum some of my fugly pictures and she was like,'Actually the guy wearing the white Tshirt (Adam Levine) is quite good looking.' AWW. WE HAVE SIMILAR TASTE, MUMMY!

And I went online to youtube some of M5's songs. And I crashed at 3am. Took half day from work and went to work past noon. And when I had woken up, I had pretty much lost my voice. ahahha. I think I sounded like a guy. And Celine said I sounded as if my voice was cracking D:

Nevertheless, it was all worth it. Worth every dollar of the 185 bucks I paid.
