I really feel damn sad for him. I mean, he is just 19 and pretty much in the beginning of his career. And he is a trully amazing player and to loose a player of such calibre for one approximately one year to such a horrific injury is really unexceptable! I mean, yea tough challenges are to be expected in games especially against tough teams like Stoke City but not such horrendous one! It didn't seem like an innocuous challenge to me even though Shawcross proclaimed that there was no intent in the challenge. But still..the consequences of the challenge is indeed very drastic ):
This is like what..the 3rd time in 5 years an Arsenal player goes down to a horrific injury and misses an entire year of his career. Abou Diaby against Sunderland, Eduardo against Birmingham (and this was the match that took the title away from Arsenal in 07/08) and now Aaron Ramsey against Stoke City. I am really really gonna miss Aaron Ramsey ):
But I am proud to say that I support Arsenal. I mean..the scoreline read 1-1 when this injury took place and Arsenal managed to regroup, refocus and win the game (: Credits to CAPTAIN FABREGAS and Vermaelen. ((: A Fabregas penalty and a Fabregas assist to wrap things up. And the ironic thing, perhaps, in this was that Cesc and Vermaelen seemed the most affected by the Ramsey injury and they managed to score to wrap up all 3 points for Arsenal.
And the game has horrific similarities to that match in which Eduardo got injured 2 years ago. That day changed Arsenal's season..Arsenal went from being 5 points clear at the top to finishing the season at 3rd, 4 points behind Man U. They went a series of draws where they dropped points which caused the 4 point deificit. But thank God, it wasn't the same scenario here. I guess this is a message to everyone that Arsenal is still in the chasing pack for the title.

Chelsea lost, yay! Arsenal is 1 point shy of ManU and 3 points shy of Chelsea. Yay. Arsenal will win the title..and they will do it for AR ((; They didn't on the previous two occasions but I have confidence that they will this time round. This team is special and everyone is gonna see that soon (:

Well done, well f##king done lads. I don’t think I have been prouder of them this season. I’m close to f##king tears. They played like a proper team, to their full potential and with the sense of urgency and professionalism that the fans demanded. They knew the fans wanted it, they knew they needed this and so they went for it. At the same time though, we didn’t resort to their level and stuck to our morales. Don’t let his tears fool you, Ryan Shawcross is a dirty, dirty twat. Arsene got it 100% right in his press conference. People believe that Arsenal are soft and then go into tackles like that with intent to hurt and leave a mark.

We have twice come back from a bad run of form and we’re right back in it. We have a great chance to win the league now and I think we will. I think the three points from today will spur this team on to greatness.

The spirit and togetherness was great. I loved it when Cesc had a hack at one of their dirty c##ts. These boys are brothers and not afraid to fight for one another. The mental strength in this team is incomparable to the one a couple of years ago.

Obviously, regrettably, you all know where this is going to end off. However, unlike the Diaby and Eduardo incidents, I think this one will end in us winning the league which will be dedicated to everyone who was involved in us winning it. From Aaron to Dudu to Cesc to Arsene. Let us also not forget the men who stepped in and suffered with the fans during the bad times like Kolo and Gilberto. You contributed to the quality of the team and that is not going to be forgotten. Those of you who have stepped up after criticism; Gallas, Song, Nick, Samir, Abou, Eboue well done.

Get well soon Aaron. All our thoughts are with you. We will win this for you. Don’t forget people, we haven’t won this yet, but we will.

I love this song, even though I still remember listening to this song and loving it in sec3. But yea, its really sweeeet and I love the music video.
So I realised my blog hasn't really been active in the sense that I haven't exactly been blogging much sensible stuff but merely posting lyrics and music videos. Well, I have a million things running through my head.
First and foremost, TERM EXAMS which is in like less than two weeks. Next next Monday. ):
I MUST MUG. MUG MUG MUG.
And I have LOADS of homework. Especially from GP, Math and Chem..and loads of studying for Physics. Loads of studying. And I have been having tests almost every day for the past week, including Math AND Econs tests on Tuesday. Sucks.
But there is more to life besides academics. Cross Country was on Wednesday. It was fun walking/running with the SBS piggos. I signed up for competitive even though my running completely sucks. But whatever, I still had fun even though I was COMPLETELY drained out by the end of the event. Jus came back from school..everything in drama is starting again. As you Like It, SYF blah blah. But it was fun today..conversing more with the J1s ((: Walked to the MRT station with Tim and mrt-ed to CCK after which Dad fetched me home from there. And my earpiece spoiled while I was on my way home. I have no idea how or why it spoiled..but it jus did. Sadface. Now I have to listen to music on my ipod with jus one side of the earpiece working ):

On the brighter side, I read the first issue of the Arts Council's Non Sequitur. It was great! I loved all the entries and drawings which portrayed love and Veeday in various ways. It was really great ((: Even though I am totally not artistic or anything of that sort, at least I can try to appreciate others' creativity ((;

So anyway...I have a lot to accomplish over this weekend. 124th Founder's Day Thanksgiving Service on Monday. Okays anyway, I am really tired ):
I should sleep now. Drama tmr. And then I MUST STUDY. Must must. Or at least I have to try to. If not..let's jus hope I can find enough motivation to study ):

Actually, Pool played damn well. It was a very very close encounter. But yay! Arsenal won! Abou Diaby scored! But I still think Pool will finish top 4, unlike most critics' opinions (: They said the same thing about Arsenal last season, but Arsenal still finished top 4. So yay! (:

How was you Vee-Day? Might wasn't exactly good. Was supposed to go to Vivo with the piggos. But guess what? Kiru and I fell sick. Shalini had loads of stuff to finish and TR was taken as well ): Sadface. My temperature yesterday was 39.8 degrees. It has dropped to 39.0 degrees. Hopefully I will be normal by Wednesday (:

Anyway, went to watch Valentine's Day on Friday with May. Syasya was supposed to come but she fell sick ): GET WELL SOON! But I loved the movie! It was damn damn nice! I love the love quotes! And the story! I was under the impression that it was merely a movie with a not-so-good story. But the movie proved me wrong. I love Anne Hathaway's and Topher Grace's story the most! It was hilarious! HAHAH. And the boy and girl couple was extremely adorable as well! And I love the BIG BEAR Taylor Lautner gives taylor Swift ((: My favourite movie so far this year (:

Anyway, I am gonna write my cards now. Hopefully I can finish them by Wednesday. And thanks everyone for those lovely presents on Friday(:

And I didn't do Mass PE on Tuesday cause of it. (Yay?!) It prevented me from running 4-5 rounds. But still, it hurts. Especially I try to run or walk fast. Sadface.

CCA Fair yesterday. I was at the cremo station doing ice-cream duty.
Kinda gave me time to slack a little and hang out with the cremo people.
Later went to the Cage to do a lot of stuff with the boxes with Yvonne, Sam, Nina and Priya. I swear, I was perspiring like MAD. Like MADDD. It had better been worth itt!
Luckily managed to catch the bus before mass rally for orientation ended..so I managed to get a seat. I was absolutely drained out and had no energy left to enable me to walk all the way to the MRT station. I got a seat as I took the bus. But the speed at which the bus travels is obviously A LOT SLOWER than the speed at which the train travels. So reached home a lot later than usual, watched GLEE and AMERICAN IDOL, bathed and SLEPT (:

And when I woke up this morning, everything was bright. As in, the sun had already risen. Strange, the sun doesn't rise at 6am, my normal waking-up time, does it? And I checked the clock. FREAK. 10:30AM. Okay, thats it, no school for me today. My parents didn't g to work and they were still sleeping. And my alarm clock didn't ring! Or at least I didn't hear it ring. Okay so I get to miss swimPE today. AHHAH. Not that I don't like it. But I think I should have joined Intermediates instead of proclaiming that I didn't know how to swim, when actually I knew how to swim. Hahha, spared me the tiredness though (:
So I get a whole day to slack! Not exactly though. I have to GP essay which i due tmr. BLEH. And Math, Physics and Chem tutorials. And never forget (H4) Econs..which always has loads of homework.
